non-Profit Organization

The Big Spring Cowboy Reunion & Rodeo is rich in tradition & history. It is the single largest event in Howard

County, Texas. We are proud of our ability to provide some of the largest names in entertainment for Big Spring

and the surrounding communities. We are blessed to be a part of this community that has the philanthropic

foundations and organizations that put family above profits. Our 501C3 Rodeo family makes every effort to bring

the best environment and entertainment for our West Texas families.

The Big Spring Cowboy Reunion & Rodeo is the second longest consecutively running rodeo in the state of Texas.

We are going into the 90 th  year, and it is a tradition that families have passed down for many generations. Our

uniquely western facility is a one-of-a-kind concrete rodeo bowl set on the west side of Big Spring. Even though it

is a historic arena, there have been some major improvements over the last few years while keeping the magical

setting intact. From a first-class concert pavilion to the air-conditioned sky boxes with TVs featuring live rodeo

replay feeds. There is also an eye grabbing digital video and replay scoreboard high above the brand-new bucking

chutes. Our local rodeo runs 3 days and has an average of 10,000-12,000 patrons in attendance, all of which are

captively watching this great production and the video board featuring our key sponsors.

This year’s entertainment is featuring Josh Abbott Band for the Saturday night Concert and Dance. He has reached

heights such as Top 10 of Billboard’s Country Album chart five separate times – an impressive feat by any

standard – and that includes his triumphant 2015 set, The Underdog, which landed at Number One. Our horseback

rodeo MC, Anthony Lucia was the PRCA’s top announcer of the year in 2023. Along with his co-host, world class

clown, and 2023 PRCA Soundman of the Year award winner Josh “Hambone” Hilton - they will entertain fans

with laughs, patriotism, and commentary from the heart pumping action provided by nationally known PRCA

cowboys and cowgirls!!

We, as a board, are very excited about the possibility of partnering with your company. The Big Spring Cowboy

Reunion; Rodeo is a 501©3 organization and there is no way we could put this event on each year for the

community without the help from great companies like yours. I hope we can work together to equally promote

both your organizations and the Big Spring Cowboy Reunion & Rodeo with one of our sponsorships tailored for

you.
